Company Overview
Plastwil De Bonte Sp. z o. o. is an experienced manufacturer of railway sleepers in Poland. We offer pre-stressed concrete railway sleepers that meet European requirements for tracks with nominal speeds of 120 km/h, 160 km/h, and 250 km/h, depending on the type. Our products are subject to internal inspections and external laboratory testing in accordance with WTWIO requirements. The plant has implemented and certified a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 standard.

Products are manufactured at the Polish plant using technology, molds, and a specialized carousel line for the production of pre-stressed concrete railway sleepers, the result of 30 years of work by De Bonte, a shareholder of the company.
The technology and quality control methods used guarantee stable and high product quality in line with national requirements.

PS-83-SB Railway Sleeper
The PS-83 pre-stressed concrete sleeper is designed for use on mainline railways on ballast, with axle loads up to 22.5 t and speeds up to 120 km/h. It is designed for 1435 mm track gauge with a resilient SB rail attachment.

The pre-stressed concrete sleeper is a load-bearing support in the form of a prestressed concrete beam, designed for railway tracks. It transfers loads from the rails to the ballast and maintains the proper alignment of the rails. PS-83 sleepers can be used interchangeably on railway tracks with type 60E1 (UIC60) or 49E1 (S49) rails without restrictions. Primary intended use – track classes 2 to 5.
PS-94-SB Railway Sleeper
The PS-94 pre-stressed concrete sleeper is designed for use on mainline railway lines with axle loads up to 22.5 t and speeds up to 160 km/h. It is designed for a 1435 mm track gauge using an SB-type resilient fastening of the rails to the sleeper.
